Payneless IT Consulting

I’m Michael Payne, the person behind Payneless IT Consulting. I help nonprofits, churches, small businesses, and startups understand their technology options and choose what fits their needs and budget.

We start with a conversation about your goals and current setup. I explain your options in plain language and point you toward practical next steps. You can book a one-time consultation without an ongoing support contract.

If you need help putting the plan into action, I can provide optional setup services, including Microsoft 365, connecting your domain, creating email accounts, and configuring account security. We agree on the work and price before setup begins.

You buy software subscriptions directly from the provider. Your organization owns and controls its accounts and subscriptions; you pay Payneless IT Consulting for advice and any agreed setup work. When setup is complete, I provide handover instructions so you know how to use and manage your accounts.
